In honor of Halloween, Avey Tare’s Slasher Flicks have unveiled a short film for “Catchy (Was Contagious),” a psychedelic mind-bender from their debut album, Enter the Slasher House. The black-and-white video — directed by Avey Tare’s sister, Abigail Portner — follows a young boy as he wanders throughout a seemingly empty town. Frankenstein, the Wolfman, and several other classic horror film characters make G-rated cameos, but the soundtrack gives some edge to this mini-B-movie.
