Best Coast’s latest video for their song “California Nights” makes a compelling case for why their home shoreline might, in fact, be the best one, based off of California’s scenic desert landscapes alone. The lush, purple-tainted video is full of expansive star-filled skies, prickly cactus overlays, and on a couple occasions, a kitty. The cat doesn’t really fit in with the rest of the visuals (but it’s pretty cute so we’ll give it a pass). Watch the video for their third album’s title track above.
