SPIN is sponsoring Hex-Fest, a night of music, on November 28 featuring many local bands and a few from across the country. The festivities are taking place at three adjacent venues: Cake Shop, The Living Room/Googies, and Pianos, all on Ludlow Street in NYC's Lower East Side.

Starting at 8 P.M. you can take your pick of the 22 bands slated to play including CMJ Music Fest favorites like Wild Yaks, Naked Hearts, Das Racist, Apache Beat, and some very special secret guests.

Tickets are on sale for $8 per venue or $20 for a wristband -- what a deal! Proceeds from the evening will be donated to Invisible Children, a non-profit helping children and families that have been affected by the wars of Northern Uganda. So not only will you enjoy a night of music, but your ticket purchase will help someone in need.

Tickets can be purchased at Cake Shop on Ludlow St in Manhattan and at Bruar Falls in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, or online here. For more information visit Hexfest.com. Event is 21+ and over.
