Courtney Love: Free at Last

News

Amidst tears of happiness, notoriously reckless grunge diva Courtney Love finally felt the chains of the law loosen in a Los Angeles courtroom yesterday (Dec. 11). Superior Court Judge Rand Rubin broke Love's probation early for her cooperation and completion of drug rehabilitation; she was set to continue probation for another year. Love, who thanked Judge Rubin for not taking her into custody during her long and tumultuous legal mishaps, impressed Rubin with 16 months of sobriety and successful 180-day stint in a live-in drug rehab facility. How Dirty Girls Get Clean, Love's first album since 2004's America's Sweetheart, is set to drop sometime next year.
