The clip was unearthed today by Perez Hilton, and it shows Gaga's talent at work: dexterous piano skills, heartfelt lyrics with witty wordplay, catchy pop arrangements, and soaring vocals.

I saw her doing this on SNL, and usually I mute the musical acts, but something made me watch. I was completely blown away by her talent! She seems so comfortable behind that piano. Just amazing!!! My fiance and I were just stunned.
Good for her that she's found her "niche". But IMO, she was plenty awesome as Stefani. She truly seems like a very lovely person with a great big heart, underneath all those crazy outfits.
Don't misjudge this book by its cover! She's the Madonna of this generation (but with more actual talent). :-)

How is it possible that *this* is how she sounded and appeared *before* she hit it, and she does the crazy stuff now?
Finally figured she has genuine talent when on SNL - despite ridiculous orbiting rings costume, she sat at the piano and played an "acoustic" version of Poker Face that was stunningly awesome - and dude, seriously, that's my single most hated song ever written. Night and day.
