Earlier this year, Minneapolis’ indie-pop darlings One for the Team — fronted by cutesy boy/girl duo Ian Anderson (guitar/vocals) and Grace Fiddler (keys/vocals) — won over our hearts with their sophomore album, Build It Up. So when the band was in New York recently, SPIN.com invited them into our offices to strum out a few tunes.
