American Idol winner Kelly Clarkson pleased indie rock and Top 40 pop fans alike with 2005's soaring smash "Since U Been Gone." And now, three years and one album later (2007's My December), Clarkson has returned with another massive anthem, "My Life Would Suck Without You," the first single off her forthcoming album All I Ever Wanted (out March 17), which hit the web today.
Does the song reach the sugary heights of "Since U Been Gone"? Listen below and then sound off in the comments section.

In my opinion this is not going to do it. I like her stuff that is more rock, like "Never Again" although the rest of that album didn't appeal to me. It sounds like she is trying too hard to write a hit song, and she is going for the tween crowd, I don't presume to know her but I have a feeling this is not her, if it is, more power to her, but if it's not I wish she would put out music that is really her.
how can an American Idol cutlet be indie rock?! is she even signed with an independent label?! c'mon. . .you can sound like a crossover, but can never become one, Kelly.
by the way, this song is terrible and i like indie rock.
blasphemy blasted out of a hubris cannon. "This aggression will not stand man"
This is MADNESS!
