One Hot Mansion: Buy Flea’s $6.8 Million L.A. Estate

Flea Mansion House Sale Griffith Park Los Angeles

If you’re an obsessive Red Hot Chili Peppers fan who has $6.8 million to spend, you can be the proud owner of Flea’s Los Angeles mansion. The bassist recently put the 1925-built Van Griffith Estate on the market after buying it three years ago for $4.55 million, Curbed reports. Way to flip, Flea!

On top of four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, the house boasts some pretty rad features, including a library, two-bedroom guest house, a speakeasy (!), century-old olive trees, redwoods, views of Griffith Park, a spa, and a saltwater swimming pool, which really helps one relax after a rousing bout of slappin’ da bass, mon. Though not mentioned in the listing, we assume the mansion also includes sockets for when you need to actually plug in your amplifiers, and plenty of space to store your collection of tighty whites and tube socks.

The listing is up now at Estately, so book your viewing today!
