After teasing fans with a preview of his new material late last year, Prince has finally announced details for his ambitious three-album project — and it’s going to be released exclusively via Target!
Prince will release the set — two new albums, LOtUSFLOWER and MPLSoUND, and one by his protégé, Bria Valente — on March 29 through the retailer.
This isn’t the first time Prince has experimented with methods of album releases. In 2007 he distributed free copies of Planet Earth in the U.K., along with British newspaper The Mail on Sunday.
