Who? Like that Reese's Peanut Butter Cup commercial where the combination of chocolate and peanut butter hits like a divine revelation, Detroit, MI, duo Silverghost combine their native city's garage and dance leanings in a way that will have you ecstatic. Featuring ex-Von Bondies guitarist Marcie Bolen, Silverghost's lo-fi, buzzy dance-rock sound is equal parts cool and crazed, complete with crunching waves of guitars and kiss-off vocals. It's not exactly candy, but that doesn't make this two-piece's joyful racket any less sugary sweet.
Their Latest… Silverghost's debut self-titled 7" is out now on Italy Records.
