Sneak Peek: Blink-182's New Video!
News
For the first time in six years, Blink-182 are up to something... something very interesting.
In a recent post to his blog, bassist/vocalist Mark Hoppus unveiled a series of photos showing the band performing in front of a green screen. It's the first time the trio has been photographed together, behind their instruments, since announcing their official reunion at the Grammys. But what's up with these photos? Is this a music video for a new song, as scores of fans speculate online? Not sure. It's a mystery. But Hoppus, without spoiling the surprise, does provide a few details.

"It's definitely not what it seems to be," Hoppus told MTV.com. "It's not really a music video shoot, and it's not really a movie shoot. It's something that no other band has done, and the technology behind it is ridiculous. I don't even know how to explain it."
The question remains: What are they working on? Are they going to turn into holograms like Will.I.Am on Election Night? Are they going to be digitally overlaid into Return of the Jedi, performing in Jabba the Hutt's lair?

I think this is an amazing idea. I grew up listening to Blink and am so incredibly glad to see that they're working together to fix their relationship and get moving on their music. Sadly I've only been to one concert and that was their reunion concert in Hartford which I loved. I almost had second row tickets to a concert back in the day but couldn't end up going =(. I hope they come back around soon! They're old stuff was soo sick and I love it. I hope they create more music along those lines and can't wait for all of this to be released. Don't worry about the haters Blink, you've still got so so many die-hard fans!

Do these guys ever learn? Mark's comment sounds like the type of thing Tom would say when he was about to unveil AVA... and we all know how that turned out. I've grown up on blink-182, but a reunion followed by such a statement is much definitely a no-no.
