Tour Updates: Hold Steady, Tokyo Police Club

The Hold Steady, fronted by Twins baseball-loving Minnesotan Craig Finn, have confirmed an additional seven dates for their already lengthy North American outing this spring. The newly pinned shows will deliver the Hold Steady's booze-fueled jams to cities across the South West and Midwestern U.S. including Las Vegas, Austin, and Little Rock before hitting Bonnaroo Festival on June 16.

In additional tour news, Ontario-bred punk spazzouts and SPIN.com Artist of the Day alums Tokyo Police Club have mapped a 12-date summer tour kicking off July 16 in Grand Rapids, MI, BrooklynVegan.com reports. The tour, following a spring outing with appearances at Coachella and George, WA's Sasquatch! Festival, will lead the north-of-the-border wunderkinds -- along with the Cold War Kids and Ra Ra Riot on assorted dates -- through cities like Denver, Los Angeles, and Austin before capping with a handful of dates in East Coast metropolises such as Baltimore, Philadelphia, and New York.
