The biggest surprise on Paramore's new album, brand new eyes, is the acoustic ballads, showing singer Hayley Williams and Co. at their most emotional and stripped-down yet. It's a welcome departure, one the band embraced during their recent set for MTV's Unplugged -- which debuted online today! "There's a lot of stuff on the new album that's quieter, and we'd like to think we've grown a bit, so we wanted a place to show that new side of us off," Williams told MTV News of their decision to join the famous concert series. "And so this was really awesome. It felt like we were doing an in-store performance, a real intimate one, and not a TV show or something."
