Backstage at Bonnaroo: Girl Talk
Before stepping on stage and motivating thousands of Bonnaroo concertgoers to boogie down with his mish-mish oddities, Pittsburgh's Girl Talk, a.k.a. Gregg Gillis, stepped up to the plate at the MLB batting cage backstage with SPIN.com's William Goodman to determine who obtained the highest Bonnaroo ERA.

Mat Hoffman Rocks Bonnaroo
There were legends aplenty at Bonnaroo '07, from Bob Weir to Wayne Coyne to Ornette Coleman. But few garnered the adoration from the crowd that we saw around Mat Hoffman. The BMX legend hung out with Spin at Bonnaroo, interviewing bands and fans.

Backstage at Bonnaroo: John Roderick of the Long Winters
Last year, we met John Roderick of the Long Winters on the back of a golf cart that was speeding through the Bonnaroo campgrounds well past midnight, searching in vain for a late-night busking parade. Then, he was covering Bonnaroo for CMJ, and just about to release his band's excellent album, Putting the Days to Bed.

Backstage at Bonnaroo: Dave Attell
It might be shocking to those of you who've never been, but the hottest ticket at Bonnaroo, at least in the two years we've attended, is the comedy tent. From the moment the festival gates opened on Thursday, fans formed massive lines to catch sets from Lewis Black, David Cross, Flight of the Conchords, and Dave Attell, who stopped by for a chat on Sunday.

Backstage at Bonnaroo: Cold War Kids
The first time we met Cold War Kids, it was a really late night in New York City, in a really dark Lower East Side club. The whiskey had been flowing for hours by the time they unleashed their gospel-tinged nouveau blues and blew our minds. But playing at 1 P.M.

Day Four: Martha Wainwright, Widespread Panic
It was an unusually poignant and reverent Sunday (June 17) at Bonnaroo this year. As debaucherous and overwhelming as a festival weekend can be, the candor of a few of the day's acts recalled the simpler, earlier time where festival culture was born.

Backstage at Bonnaroo: Spoon
On Spin's May cover, six of this summer's festival stars posed for our Festivalpalooza story. Spoon's Britt Daniel was one of these artists, so we made sure to catch up with him and drummer Jim Eno on the Bonnaroo grounds.

Wrapping Up with Elvis Perkins, Wilco, White Stripes
Sorry Dr. Dog, I jumped the gun. It appears that Bonnaroo's crowning performance in fact goes to Wilco frontman Jeff Tweedy.

Backstage at Bonnaroo: Warren Haynes
Legends stroll around Bonnaroo with stunning regularity. In the span of a few hours, we were visited by Grateful Dead guitarist Bob Weir, Flaming Lips guru Wayne Coyne, Ben Harper, and Warren Haynes, the Bonnaroo fixture from Gov't Mule. An alumnus of the Allman Brothers Band, Haynes has made his own rep at Bonnaroo, playing five of the six Bonnaroos to date.
