Palmer and Gaiman, who have been dating for months, both demonstrated their craft -- Gaiman read from Who Killed Amanda Palmer, a conceptual photo book featuring pics of the Dresden Dolls singer staged in various poses of death, and Palmer played songs from her 2008 album of the same name.
