Thursday night, the MTV European Music Awards toasted the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall with performances by Green Day, U2, Jay-Z, Beyonce, Shakira, Foo Fighters, Katy Perry, and Leona Lewis in the German capital city.
