Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher may claim to have been touched by the ghost of John Lennon, but it appears his brother Noel, unfortunately, has a little more in common with the slain Beatle.

Noel Gallagher, who was attacked onstage in Toronto September 7 by a batty fan, resulting in injuries to the rocker's ribs and ultimately a slew of canceled gigs, has given an update on his condition -- and he's apparently a little, ahem, medicated.

After the cancellation of a handful of gigs following one loony fan's attack on singer/songwriter Noel Gallagher in Toronto earlier this month, Oasis have announced their return to North America to make-up dashed dates, as well as hit select U.S.
