It appears frontman Brent Hinds' injured head has healed just fine, as his heavy metal band Mastodon have finally emerged from the studio and unveiled details for their fourth album, Crack The Skye, which will be released early next year.

AC/DC certainly know where their fans shop. Black Ice, the time-honored rockers' first album in more than eight years, sold 784,000 copies during its first week, earning the band their second No. 1 album -- and first chart-topping debut ever! The Hives have been sued for musical plagiarism by Jason Shapiro, a local Los Angeles musician who claims the Swedish band's "Tick Tick Boom" was ripped from his song "Why You?" which he originally recorded in 1997 with his band the Roofies.
