Both the upcoming Ewan MacGregor drama, Young Adam, and the David Byrne-penned soundtrack, Lead Us Not Into Temptation, use water as a central theme. Sure, people die and strings get plucked, but the chorus of Byrne’s Talking Heads classic, “Once In a Lifetime,” works equally well as plot summary and movie review:

If you’ve heard of her, it’s probably from her duet with the White Stripes on “It’s True That We Love One Another,” the twee acoustic number from their latest album, Elephant.
